- For returns on payment plan we offer exchange or issue a credit note coupon to be used with your next purchase.
- We cannot accept returns that have been worn or damaged.
- We only exchange or offer a gift certificate on sale/clearance items returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Any items that are reduced to 65% or more are NON RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE.
The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges. We suggest for
your own protection to use an insured method of delivery since Pret-a-Tot will
not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.Once a returned item is received and checked that it needs the above conditions,the refund will be processed within 7 working days. We can only refund by the same method the original payment was made. We will then email you to confirm our acceptance of the return and notification of the refund.
Note : we don't accept returns of tights and socks if they have been tried on.
*Return postage costs are at your expense however we will not charge you for sending your exchanged items within the UK. Foreign return postage costs are at your expense.

We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items
thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check your items carefully on
delivery for any damage/faults and return them within the above returns periods
for a refund, store credit or replacement.
All items returned as 'faulty' will be subject to a thorough
investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and
not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item
may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this,
which can take up to 14 days.
For faulty items we will offer you a credit note or replacement if the item is still in stock (at our discretion) depending on the extent of the damage.
